Job Responsibilities:
1. Identify potential clients through various channels such as calling, networking, referrals, online research or by any other mean.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their need, preference, and concern to offer suitable products and services.
3. Generate leads through market visit, networking and interpersonal relationship with different land owner to convert them into clients with BConstruction’s service and offer.
4. Based on situation need to maintain communication with brokers, surveyors or any other middleman class to reach to the potential construction client.
5. Stay updated on construction and building materials industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Provide feedback to the management team to help develop competitive strategies.
6. Coordinate with back office, operations, admin and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of sales transactions. Communicate client feedback and requirements to relevant departments for continuous improvement.
7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, proposals, contracts, and payments. Generate regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, market insights and share with team leaders.
8. Obey the company’s rules, guidelines and policies under the countries regulations and ethical standards. Need to have the mindset to conduct business with integrity and honesty at all times.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in sales / marketing with any construction companies.
• Minimum requirement is bachelor degree. Business administration / marketing / economics / or civil engineering is preferred.
• Strong communication in Arabic, English and other local language with negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand technical specifications and construction processes.
• Basic knowledge on computer and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required.
• Excellent presentation and persuasion abilities.
• Ready to work out of regular work schedule.
