Covered area under BDigital are software development, information technology services, software solutions (e-procurement, e-HR system, Business ERP and others), hardware, IT consultation, training and support through implementation and beyond. Job Responsibilities:

1. Sales and marketing of all product of BDigital by identifying potential clients through various channels such as calling, networking, referrals, online research or by any other mean.

2. Develop a comprehensive understanding of company products to build and maintain strong knowledge to do the presentation at potential client’s need to offer suitable service solutions.

3. Conduct training at client’s premises on sold software and also provide related support to the end users when it is necessary.

4. Maintain accurate records of all visit, sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.

5. Explain the benefits of the company's services to customers to maximize the use of the software and other IT services.

6. Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering customer value and driving revenue growth.

7. Ready to do phone call, email communication, random visit to potential clients office or any other activities guided by the supervisor to bring result on sales and marketing activities.

Job Qualifications and Skills:

• 3 to 5 years of work experience in IT and software field.

• Bachelor in computer science or business graduate with good technical knowledge.

• The applicants should have experience in software sales and IT equipment sales.

• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office suite

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Good bargaining and negotiation skills

• Knowledge on tele marketing, any CRM software, and in other sales tools.
