Responsibilities & Context
Responsibilities: 
  1. Learn about our products/services and industry to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers.
  2. Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for business development.
  3. Assist senior sales representatives in prospecting and qualifying leads.
  4. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  6. Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  7. Follow up with leads and clients to ensure customer satisfaction and secure repeat business.
  8. Keep accurate records of sales activities and update CRM system regularly.
  9. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  10. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Good attitude using sales prospecting tools and techniques.
  2. Familiarity with sales methodologies such as consultative selling or solution selling.
  3. Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
