The Head of Programs (HoP) is responsible for Leading the development and implementation of South Sudan Country program strategy in collaboration with the Country Director, Program Managers, Program Advisors and Head of Finance and Admin. The HoP ensures the country programme is coherent, well-planned, and ensure its effectiveness and adherence to agreed programme deliverables, budgets, and general commitments in line with the FCA’s global strategy.
